General Laborer

McD Concrete is hiring general laborers across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky — no prior construction experience needed, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You'll support our crews on commercial and industrial concrete projects, helping with material handling, site prep, and the everyday work that keeps a job moving. We'll train you on the rest. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company-paid 401(k) and pension plan, paid holidays and vacation, and regular overtime available — real stability for people just starting out in the trades. Apply online below or call 859.441.8588.
