Kenwood Detention Vault

When a group of private developers wanted to put a new shopping center in the heart of one of Cincinnati’s fastest-growing areas, they discovered that they had a problem with storm-water. Based off of existing capacity and inability to divert, McD Concrete built the detention vault around the exisiting storm line. The 54 ” main had to remain active until the last minute when it was demolished to make way for the water to flow into the open chamber and out the new 60″ outflow line.
